How leak rate is calculated
The app uses the values in your refrigerant log to estimate leak rate from refrigerant added over time. It is designed to follow the annualizing approach used in the rule, so you can enter your records and review the result without doing the math by hand.
For a quick start, see the refrigerant log, or open the leak rate calculator once it is ready. You can also read the repair threshold guide for the decision steps.
Repair deadline
When the calculated leak rate crosses the threshold that applies to the appliance type, the app can show the next action and the due date to review. Always confirm the threshold and deadline against the current rule before you act.
For rule context, see the AIM Act changes guide and the repair thresholds guide. If your log changes, the deadline view updates with it.
Per appliance alerts
Yes. The app can be set up to track each appliance separately so you can see which system needs attention and which one does not. That makes it easier to keep different logs, thresholds, and reminders organized in one place.

Free web calculator
A free web calculator is planned, but it is not open yet. For now, you can use the waitlist to hear when the calculator and app are ready for access.
If you are comparing options, the calculator page and the main app page will connect the same log fields and result view in a simple workflow.
