R-454B PT table
The table below is pressure and temperature calculated with CoolProp for R-454B, modeled as a blend of R-32 and R-1234yf. Bubble and dew are both listed. Reference only. Verify with manufacturer data and gauges.
For a broader overview, start at the PT chart hub or compare the workflow with the superheat and subcooling calculator.
Bubble point and dew point
For blended refrigerants, the point you use depends on the measurement you are making. This page will separate the bubble point and dew point guidance so the chart can be read correctly for subcooling and superheat.
For more on blend handling, see A2L refrigerant handling.
Using the R-454B chart with gauges
Use the chart with your gauges to compare measured pressure against the saturation temperature shown for the refrigerant. The exact superheat and subcooling targets must be confirmed on the equipment data plate and the manufacturer’s instructions.
If you are moving from another refrigerant, the R-410A to R-454B transition guide can help frame the change.
R-454B safety and handling notes
Before servicing, review the refrigerant’s handling guidance, recovery requirements, and any equipment specific instructions. This page should also note the safety class once the manufacturer source is verified.
You can also use the HVAC Refrigerant Log home page if you are here from a site navigation test or internal link check.
Compare with other refrigerants
R-454B is often compared with R-410A in retrofit and transition discussions, but the right comparison depends on the system, the data plate, and the approved service guidance for that equipment.
